Download invitation letter for Visa application |

Registrants are able to download the invitation letter from “My Page” at the online registration page. If registrants need a notarized invitation letter or the original copy of the letter, an additional fee will be requested.
Directions
1. Sign-up or Log in to the online system.
2. Complete “Registration” section. (You must select the Registration Fee in order to download the invitation letter.)
3. Save all information and then go to “My Page”. Click the Invitation Letter buttons on the right side.
*Special software installation is required in order to print out the letters. Please note that the user’s computer could automatically block the viewer program in some cases.
*If error page appears, please contact the secretariat then we will send you the letters by email.
*You may download the letter even though the payment is not made. |
