Students are requested to submit their proof of enrollment or Student ID/certificate to their status to the secretariat by email or fax.
Above registration fees include all conference activities: Sessions, reception, banquet, exhibition and coffee breaks.
Exception: a) Accompanying person fee includes only reception, banquet and exhibition.
                b) Student fee does not include banquet.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)
A automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may also download the receipt at “My Page” after logging into the online registration system.
* Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat.
* In case of dollar payment, registration fee will change to \(Korean won), this rate is follow the exchange rate of the payment
day. So registration fee may be different from $700 or $800. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application
Registrants are able to download the invitation letter from “My Page” at the online registration page. If registrants need a notarized invitation letter or the original copy of the letter, an additional fee will be requested.


Cancellation and Refund Policy
The organizing committee will refund the registration fee according to the following policy. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail or fax. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.
