Paper Submission Deadline: May 31, 2011. June 10, 2011
Thank you for your abstract submission. All authors whose abstracts are accepted should submit the full paper. Due to requests received, we are delighted to announce that we are increasing the page limit to a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages including figures and tables. Papers will be saved on USB flash drive; which will be distributed to all delegates on arrival at the conference. Steps for Submitting Paper
 
Paper Guideline

1. The deadline for paper submission is May 31, 2011. June 10, 2011
2. Paper should be submitted online by the ID you’ve submitted the abstract.
3. Paper should be submitted in English using the paper template form which can be downloaded. The paper template is same with the abstract template.
5. The presenter should make pre-registration for the conference by May 31, 2011. June 10, 2011
6. Authors may further edit and modify submitted paper until the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
7. The paper shall be prepared using MS Word and submitted by MS Word & PDF file. If the paper template is not correct, secretariat may ask you to modify your paper.
8. With the paper submission, fill out the final summary within 50 words in the online system.
9. After the paper submission is completed, check the author information in online system and modify it with latest information.
10. No proofreading will be carried out, and no correction will be possible after the submission deadline.
11. All presenters of ICCM18 should agree with the copyright transfer.
 
Presenter’s Registration
- All presenters should complete their own registration by May 31, 2011 June 10, 2011 with paper submission.
- If the presenting author of accepted abstract does not register by the presenter registration deadline, the paper will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
 
Withdrawal of Abstract
If you want to withdraw an abstract, please notify the ICCM18 secretariat (paper@iccm18.org) as soon as possible.
